Mende Dance Studio is located in Rego Park NY and is open six days a week. We offer lessons and activities to suit every need and budget to all ages and levels in Latin Ballroom and nightclub dancing. For over 30 years the studio and our staff have provided a safe relaxed atmosphere in which students may learn practice and enjoy dancing with people who share similar interests.
